AI Route Optimization: Fuel Savings and Predictive Maintenance

This is a portfolio project from ZenDev Co — an AI Logistics & Fleet Intelligence platform built to demonstrate how TensorFlow can be applied to fleet management challenges.

We built a fleet intelligence system combining React Native for mobile, Node.js for the backend, and Python for analytics. The system uses TensorFlow to predict vehicle breakdowns 2 weeks in advance based on sensor data, maintenance history, and weather conditions. Features include route optimisation, a live fleet map dashboard, and a predictive maintenance scheduler.

The system delivered an 18% fuel reduction through optimised routing, with zero unplanned downtime. It managed 200+ vehicles internationally. Early breakdown alerts enabled proactive maintenance scheduling.

This project demonstrates how AI can improve logistics operations through predictive approaches.
